Local Business Affected by Robbery During Covid19

Donation protected
Dear Friends,

Local businesses are the heart and soul of ALL communities. My partner, Dayana and I are extremely proud to be considered among them. We started “The Juice Market” to promote health and wellness in Santa Monica and beyond with our all-natural juices and smoothies on the go.

We recently became victims of a criminal wave infecting our community during these pressing times of COVID-19. On Friday, March 24, at 5:50am a group of individuals with nothing to lose stole our mobile juice bar (trailer) from our commissary parked across the street from the LAPD in South Los Angeles.

With this action, these individuals not only stole our mobile business, but they tried to steal our entrepreneurial dreams. I am of Puerto Rican American descent and my partner Dayana is from Colombia. We both moved to Los Angeles to pursue our dreams in becoming small business owners in the Golden State.

This dream is a product of many hours of work, deep sacrifice, and complete investment from our savings that allowed us to open, just two months before COVID-19 hit.

As the Police search for the suspects and our juice trailer, we have fallen under hard times. Both Dayana and I work around the clock delivering food, groceries, and services to help make ends meet.

We are asking family, friends, and the Juice Market Community for any assistance in helping us get back on our feet. With your support we will be able to continue doing what we love, serving you!

We are grateful for any assistance.

With Love,

William & Dayana
