Shawn Minnick 2 emergency open heart surgeries.

Hello my name is Shawn Minnick. I am 46 years old. Married with 4 kids and 2 grandsons. I am a Local 46 Jouryman Wireman. I currently work for McKinstry Electric (Seattle, WA)

On Jan 29th I had to be rushed to the hospital and have open heart surgury to replace my Aortic Valve with a mechanical valve and do an Aorta repair. I was in the hospital for 9 days and then released. On Feb 20th, I was rushed by ambulance back to the hospital to have my chest opened back up again because of pooling heart fluid and a massive blood clot. I was in the hospital for another 8 days. I was starting to feel better and was returning to work light duty part time and they said I had to have another procedure because of pooling liguid around the heart again. This time they popped my lung and I was in the hospital for another 5 days. I am now feeling better each week and am back to work light duty and part time but now my medical bills are rolling in by the thousands. I am looking for any help I can get to help me pay these bills and reach my out of pocket maximum of the insurance company. Thank you for your consideration and God Bless us all.
