Closed fund, thank you for trying

Hi my name is Katia. My family and I have three dogs that we all hold very dear to our hearts - Sally, Gizmo, and Lobo. Unfortunately, Lobo has suffered a severe injury to his spine while attempting to jump over the small fence leading into my neighbor's yard. My sister took Lobo to the vet where they took an x-ray of his back and discovered that his attempt caused for an awkward landing, which in turn caused him to break vertebrae in his spine. Lobo is currently under medication for pain/inflammation and for sleep. Despite the medication, he is still slowly being paralyzed from his abdomen and down to his hind legs. He is in immediate need of surgery that my family and I cannot afford with our current finances. I wish I could tell you how soon Lobo needs the surgery, but there is no estimate time before it is too late - and he will have to be put to sleep.

I know it is a lot to ask for, but Lobo means the world to me. Even the smallest donation towards his surgery would be very much appreciated in ways that I cannot even express. All funds will go directly to his surgery and nothing more. 

It's hard enough to type and asking for help... Lobo is a loving, protective and curious dog. If you saw him boop his nose at balloons  as they were being thrown in the air you'd love him. If you were to walk down the streets with him at night you'd feel safe. Lobo is a lot of words and the world to my family. He might not be there when I come back home to visit but I have this hope he will have his surgery with those who help. I and my family will forever be grateful for all who shared this and support Lobo with not just their funds but what they can give. Thank you
