My lovely, caring, God loving sister-in-law and dear friend Liz was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and inoperable brain cancer. Liz is only 48 and is a devoted mom to my 16 year old nephew Shane, and a loving wife to my brother David.
Liz can no longer drive and has had to leave work to begin a long and uncertain journey of physical difficulty, surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. My brother David will have to take unpaid time off from his job as a pilot to help care for Liz throughout this time.
