Liz & Tom's fight against cancer

Liz Terhune was diagnosed with Breast Cancer earlier this year.  Her diagnosis came on the heels of the birth of her 3rd child.  Over this past year she has battled this cancer with amazing spirit.  She has been undergoing chemo treatment as well as trying to work full time.  She will be going in to have a double mastectomy on November 27th.  After she recuperates from her surgery she will then have radiation treatments.  Over the last couple of weeks her husband (Tom) started noticing a painful area near his neck and shoulder.  He went for an MRI and they found a couple lumps.  After having them removed this week it was determined that they were cancerous.  After sending them out for testing it was determined that he has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.  They will be meeting with his surgeon and doctor in the next couple of weeks to continue with further testing to find out what Stage his cancer is in and discuss further treatment plans.  As of right now they are struggling with the amount of medical bills that are piling up.  The medical bills are astronomical and growing every minute.  Their children now fifteen, eleven and one are also struggling with all the ups and downs.  Any funds raised through this page will be given directly to the family in order to pay their bills every month.  No family should have to go through this especially twice in one year.
