Little Charlie's Surgery Fund

Charlie is my sweet 4-month-old puppy who has suffered two broken front legs since Monday, September 1st.  He was playing with our pet rabbit in the backyard, when he somehow got one of his front legs stuck between some stones.  He was taken to the emergency room I was told it is broken.  The leg was casted, and the veterinarian stated that he would need surgery for the fracture.  The next day, being off-balance from his cast, he unexpectedly fell again and fractured the other front leg.  He was inside when this happened and I was getting him a dose of his medication.  His emergency room visit from the second break resulted in another cast - the second break is even more significant than the first and requires urgent surgery (in order to save his leg).  

This boy is everything to me, and I am desperately asking for any assistance possible.  I am fervently searching for the most cost-effective options available and am doing everything I can to independently pay for his treatment.   Unfortunately, the need for surgery for two legs, in addition to the cost of two involved ER visits, is financially overwhelming.  I am the sole source of support for Charlie, as I lost my husband in 2008.  Please know it is difficult for me to ask for assistance, but his need is urgent and I am not sure what other options I have left to explore.  I sincerely appreciate any assistance that can be offered.
