Lisette Llerena's Memorial Fund

Lisette Llerena, a loving mother, strong activist, and amazing woman passed away on December 31st, 2019.
As an activist and leader in her community, Lisette worked on improving the quality of education for all children: for language access availability and change in systems to allow parents to partake in important decision making at the district level. She would volunteer for nonprofits – such as Children’s Alliance and OneAmerica, and her children’s schools gaining recognition and love for all of her efforts and intentional work. Despite her known advocacy at the local and state level, those that had the privilege to know her, knew that her proudest accomplishment was being the mother of her four children. Truly the most amazing and adoring mother.
To help alleviate some of the financial strain, we are hoping to raise funds for my mother's funeral service, headstone, cremation, and subsequent burial. We know she has touched the lives of many individuals, and we appreciate your generosity, support and continued prayers in our time of hardship. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Lisette is survived by her parents, Enith and Félix, her husband Rhonald, her four children, Alessandra, Steffano, Nattalie, and Vallerie, and her two siblings, Juan and Gilda.
