Lisa’s Leukemia Fight

In March 2020 Lisa began experiencing horrendous pain. Throughout the months following she went to doctor after doctor and even made a trip for extensive testing at Mayo Clinic. There, she was diagnosed with a rare form of vasculitis.  Through the treatments she kept experiencing low blood levels, pain, and fatigue.  She visited a new doctor who suggested it would be prudent to move ahead with a bone marrow test. This test, unfortunately revealed she had a form of leukemia.
As you can imagine, this was a shock to her, her husband, Brian, and their three children, Kelsey, Bryce, and Delaney.   Lisa was seen at MD Anderson Cancer Center where she is now receiving extensive chemotherapy to treat her new diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).  She was told she is unable to work for a minimum of six months and recommended to live in a medical apartment to be near MDA hospital for follow-up treatments. 
This is a major drain on their finances since they are losing Lisa’s salary, in addition to needing to rent an apartment in Houston. If you are so lead, please consider helping them in their time of need.
Lisa and her family covet your prayers and are more than thankful for the outpouring of prayers, love, and support they have received already. Soon, she hopes to share good news of her recovery!
