Lisa Renaud Sudden Heartbreaking Cancer Diagnoses

Donation protected
I, Ashley Keizer, am sadly announcing that my mom has been diagnosed with esophagus cancer, and we can use all the prayers as possible..this came very sudden and were all very shocked. Her life expectancy is under a year..and even with surgery she only has 25% chance of surviving this..but were ready to fight as hard as we can...please send all your love and prayers our way.
My mom is the strongest woman I know and yes she's a fighter and will fight her butt off....she has been so great, and positive about all this and appreciates the love and support from each and everyone one of you.
Right now we are waiting for her to get a "PET Scan"..that was suppose to be today but the hospital doesn't have the dye she needs to drink in stock..they are waiting. She will be having her stomach removed..because that is where the tumor is. Now, she has to have the scan prior to surgery to make sure the cancer hasn't spread anywhere else or erupted?? It is all so much to take in and understand.
If all is good and tomorrow hasn't changed than they operate take out her stomach and then she does chemo and radiation. If it ruptures or spreads she can't get surgery right away she'll have to do chemo first and than surgery.
So basically were are waiting for this dye for her to drink so she can get the scan... Thanks again for everyone's support and love.
I will keep information posted on here as I know more.

Lisa Renaud is a wonderful mom to three bubbly daughters and a very energetic Cocker Spaniel. Lisa has two granddaughters a grandson and another grand baby on the way. Lisa lives in a small Northern Ontario Canada village 34 kms away from her children, a hop skip and jump to us Northerners.
For years Lisa has made it possible that she is free from work and chores on Fridays. This day is dedicated to her girls and grandchildren. She travels to see them every Friday making sure they have everything they need. Before leaving, she whips up a family meal planned at one of the girls homes, keeping everyone close and connected. That's the kind of mom she is.
Besides being our communities favorite chef at our local restaurant, Lisa is also a carpenter at heart, a talented craftswoman who gives and shares her work whenever she see's she can help. Lisa is a confidant to many friends, a trustworthy loyal friend to all who know her.

With this sudden shocking diagnoses Lisa has been transferred to the closest cancer treating hospital to our village, 6 hours away. Your support will greatly help her daughter to be with her every step of the way. These unexpected expenses are tallying up quickly, Accommodations, meals, basic needs, and only our good Lord knows what other expenses may arise.

With this epidemic going on only one person can be with our friend, that same individual all the way through her hospital stay. For this reason, Ashley will be taking all the time she needs off work. As Lisa is no longer able to work there is no financial flow for her right now, only adding to her worries.

Your support of any amount will be a blessing. Bless each and every one of you who help our friend Lisa Renaud today.  Please add my friend to your prayers today. Thank you very much.
May warm thoughts and feelings fill you, may your day be over flowing with happy and may your kindness be returned very, very soon.
