Lisa Holbrook & Family Eastern KY Flood Relief

We (Angie Stewart and Teresa Metzger) have created this go-fund-me page for our cousin Lisa Holbrook and her two sons A.J. and Walker. On July 28th, after spending 6 hours on their roof, a rescue boat was able to get them to safety (the story picture is the rescue location). Lisa is a retired guidance counselor serving the Breathitt County School System for 30 years, building a life for her family by providing material/emotional support for countless children and their families. Her home, both vehicles, everything from 30 years of working gone in 4 hours. She had no flood insurance - she didn’t need it because she was not in a flood zone. Any donations for Lisa and her sons would be appreciated beyond words. These funds will be used to begin the journey of rebuilding their lives. Thank you so much.
