Linda's Breast Cancer Fight
Donation protected
As many of you know, my Aunt Linda is a very precious lady. She is the most unselfish person you will ever meet. She is a single grandmother raising her three grandkids, which are all boys.
In October, a lump was found when she went in for a routine yearly mammogram in Grove Hill. She had a biopsy on October 27th and received the news no one wants to hear….the biopsy was malignant. She was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma, which is a non-invasive breast cancer. Her prognosis is really positive and our family has no doubt she will come through this fight stronger than ever. With that said, the road ahead over the next few months will definitely be a challenge. Aunt Linda is scheduled to undergo a lumpectomy on December 28th. As of now, she will then go through six weeks of radiation after surgery recovery.
The funds raised will help cover medical expenses, travel, and time off work expenses. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will be a huge help to Aunt Linda during the next few months.
