My name is Virginia Lyons and I am initiating this fundraiser on behalf of my mother Linda M. Strother-Lyons who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in October of 2015 which the doctors was able to be remove. Unfortunaly in Feburary 2017 my mother was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer which is located in the right side of her head.
In March of this years she started her treament which consist of radiation and hormone treatments. With all that has occured Linda had to take a leave due to her illness.
Linda is a 30 year veteran in the Boston Police Department Community Service Office specifically working as a Senior response officer. The most thing she loves more than being with her family and her friends is serving her community of Boston by helping the less fortunate and volunteering for events around the cities.
All funds generated from this account will be used to pay for costs associated with the treatment and subsistance of Linda as she goes through the steps, seeking to be cured of this cancer. Please help anyway you can, we humbly accept it.
