Lily’s Memorial

Hi guys,

We are raising funds in support of a Memorial for Lily Juliet Teo, who was unfortunately taken from us way too soon due to a sudden cardiac arrest only a day before turning 10 months old.

She fought hard during her short but beautiful life, but was too good for this world and taken from us on the 24th of February.

From the very start, she was such a strong girl and everyone who met her loved her. From the nurses to friends and family always making everyone smile and melt when she was there. Her eyes always so wide and intent with everything happening and smiling with such a huge adorable grin whenever she looked at anyone.

We want to remember her with a beautiful memorial, and to help her loving father Kane and her family with financial support to make this happen.

Any donations you can offer will be greatly appreciated, and anything that we have left over will be donated to the Westmead Children’s Hospital, where Lily was looked after exceptionally well during her battle.
