This Funding is to hire a Researcher from The University of British Columbia to work on Lily Standard for 1 year. This cost covers the salary and material costs involved with research. We currently dont have anybody working on her due to lack of resources. If the funding is successful for the full amount, we will start research and give everyone monthly updates, otherwise, we will refund your money.

The main goals of the research include:

Advanced casting methods to create the body
Mechanical engineering of the robotic arms
Engineering of the robotic head
Programming of the head and arms
Engineering of the mechanical movement platform

We also aim to qualify for the SR&ED Program in Canada to be able to recover up to 50% of the costs of this research. If we are able to qualify, then this funding will cover 2 years of research instead of just 1. The end goals of this funding are:
