Lilo Needs Cancerous Mast Tumor Removed
Donation protected
Hi my name is Lilo and I'm a 3.5 year old Boston Terrier. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. My masters rescued me 2.5 years ago from a puppy mill. What a horrible place, but now I'm in a warm, caring home where I feel loved and so grateful to my rescuers for saving me.
On Wednesday, May 13th, my family took me to the vet for my annual exam. I always look forward to a visit there because not only am I able to eat all sorts of great tasty treats but all the attention is pretty awesome too. The Doc told me I am in perfect health, but upon further examination Dr. Lanza found a tumor on the inside of my front left leg. While examining the biopsy, the cell revealed itself as a cancerous tumor. Sad to say I must have this growth surgically removed. Well I don't need to tell you how this ruined my day. My folks love me a whole lot and want the best for me. Unfortunately, this surgery costs money and we need some help from you financially in order to to eliminate this tumor.
I realize everyone is stretched to the max financially due to this horrible Corona virus pandemic and my requesting financial assistance could not have come at a worse time. However, I am extremely thankful for your contribution toward my surgery and every dollar adds up. My surgery is scheduled for June 4th. I am confident Dr. Lanza @ VCA Darien Animal Hospital will do a phenomenal job and my surgery will be a success.
I appreciate your compassion, generosity and thank you for all the help and support during my time of need.
I pray for you and your families to remain healthy and safe.
