Lillian's Moms Urgent Brain Surgery

Greetings everyone. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for Just visiting this campaign. I am trying to help raise funds for my Auntie who needs urgent brain surgery. Her name is Imelda. We in the family, call her Mayi Imelda which translates to mother Imelda, she is a mother to many of the children and some adults in the family, and we all love her so much. Mayi Imelda will go out of her way to make sure people were comfortable and taken care of in any situation. I recall her coming to visit me (on visiting day) when I was in boarding school in Kenya, (some of the roughest times of my life). She would bring me things from her gardens like bananas, avocados, and guavas, that would make it be the best visiting day ever!, she would say to me “ this is all I have.” She is a very caring and loving person.

This campaign is to solicit some support for Mayi Imelda. She has been feeling sick on and off for a while, going to hospitals up country where diagnostic equipment is lacking. She was finally taken to Nairobi the capital city, where a Cat Scan revealed a 21.2 X 19.2 X 14.7 mm intracranial mass!. She consulted with a neurologist who advised her that the mass needs to be removed within the next one to two weeks as it will continue growing and it would limit many motor and neurological functions. As of now she has a right-sided weakness, tiredness and sometimes visual disturbances on the right side.

 I am appealing for assistance from ALL Prayer warriors, family, friends, and well-wishers, Mayi Imelda needs about 10,000 for surgery and the hospital stay, the surgery quote is 6-7 thousand dollars and an estimated hospital stay of around 3 thousand. Though many other costs will be incurred, I am asking for assistance just for the initial surgery, so she does not get worse, I would hate to see her not being able to be herself, cook those elaborate meals and most of all the sound of her contagious laugh. For those that know me personally, Mayi Imelda is my cousin Lilian’s mother, and you all know Lilian and Diana are my daughters (lol) Lillian has been trying her best to help out but this surgery is urgent, and mayi Imelda needs our help. please help mayi Imelda get the surgery she urgently needs.
