Light Up Bowen~Event Fund Raiser

LIGHT UP 2020: it will be different than years past but there will be LOTS of lights and Christmas displays  … and if we are really lucky Santa might be making an appearance on Bowen during the holiday season.  

All this costs money and we are short this year ~ we didn't receive any grant money and we can not put out our donation boxes because of COVID. So we decided to set up a GOFUNDME campaign to help raise money to cover the costs of adding new & more lights and displays this year. Some of our costs include: Christmas lights, electrical hardware, display construction material, decorations, some rentals, candy canes, printing, signage and several honorariums to a few elves that go above & beyond. 

If you are unable to donate to LIGHT UP BOWEN but would like to help us we can use you!  We are looking for volunteers to help us: hang lights, install decorations, build & paint Christmas displays, build light displays and help with the event strike & storage.  If you are interested please email:  [email redacted]
