Life-saving surgery for friend

As many of you know, my Wife Dana passed away a little less than a year ago. Now one of her closest friends has 1 kidney badly infected and the other shut down and useless. She has no health insurance and needs $60k+ to pay for the surgery. The hospital wants it up front since she's not insured. 

She is like a second mother to our daughters, and Dana often said that her kid (who just started college also) was her favorite daughter. (Just a joke kids!) 

Please help out with anything you can spare. This is a desperate situation and I couldn't stand to lose someone else again so soon.
