Lifesaving Home Repair for Rhonda Wyatt

Rhonda and her husband bought this home to fix up, and be their retirement home. Soon after moving in Rhonda's husband passed. Rhonda has just turned 70.
She started having issues this summer when her HVAC went out. An electrician has donated his time to fix. They found out yesterday the breaker box was placed to close to the dirt floor, and has rusted. Creating a huge fire hazard.  The power has been cut off until she can get it fixed.
This money will be used for: outside line from meter to breaker box, new breaker box, breakers, wire, and all new outlets. All her appliances have been fried. They will need replaced. Also. Heating/Air.
Winter is coming and she can't live in her house. She has health issues, living on a fixed income and has no remaining living relatives, except a handful of us here on the mountain.
