Life saving surgery for Luna

Luna is a 12 week old GSD who urgently needs a life saving surgery. She has Intessuception, meaning her intestines telescoped inward. She need an abdominal surgery to repair it, and she needs it asap. She can barely stand up. This was most likely caused by intestinal parasites that were left untreated. Luna's family was unable to afford the surgery and surrendered her to me. Please let me help this girl survive. It takes a village, so please donate and share her story !
