Life Can Be Difficult, Hoping For Help; Please...
Hello, my name is Joel Cleary, I am respectfully asking for your help, life has thrown me a few curves over the past while, and I am hoping that humanity and charity are alive and well. On December 3rd of this year, I was working on my heat pump, it was dark by the time I had returned home with the part to fix the unit, I removed the old fan motor, and went to get the new fan motor from my truck, it was dark, and a tripped over the edge of the retaining wall, I fell from just over 4’ above the driveway, and landed directly on my right eye; my glasses broke and cut my face both above and below my right eye, I injured my right shoulder and leg as well. I bled severely, losing a lot of blood, because of being on blood thinner from a heart attack 18 months ago; my wife took me to the local hospital for treatment, they did treat my injury and reduced the bleeding, but had to transfer me to Baptist Hospital for proper treatment; I requested that my wife drive me there, but they advised I must go by ambulance. Once at Baptist Hospital, they continued to treat the bleeding, and had both eye specialist and plastic surgeons to finish treating my injuries; Praise God, my eye seems to be OK, but I must wait until next doctor visit before they can make a final determination, too much swelling and bleeding currently (I had to have the sutures under my eye redone because the swelling popped the original sutures open).
I had started up my own Independent Equipment Service Company earlier this year, with struggling to make ends meet, I do not currently have any medical insurance, and this accident has put me in a very rough spot; I am unable to work currently, and have major medical bills to now cover (to make things worse, I still owe on medical bills from my heart attack). The reason I started up my own company, was to reduce stress in my life, as this was the major cause of my heart attack 18 months ago. I donot feel that anyone owes me anything, I am simply hoping and asking for help to cover my medical bills, and to replace my glasses, which were destroyed when I feel and landed on my right eye. There is more to my story in relation to the stress that bought on my heart attack, but I am going to stop here for now, I’ll share more about that story, if anyone wants to know. I am more than willing to work for money, so if anyone could utilize my services on equipment repair, I would appreciate that opportunity to earn the monies needed for medical bills and new glasses; I have just over 34 years Equipment Service / Repair experience, and specialize in packaging equipment. Thank you for taking the time read my story, and I thank any of you who are both kind and generous enough to help me and my family through this difficult time; no matter if you decide to help me or not, I pray that God will bless you and your family, as well as I hope that you have a wonderfully Blessed and Merry Christmas!!!
PS: My only indicator of my heart attack, was that I stayed exhausted for months prior to my heart attack, no matter how much I rested; so please keep that in mind, if you, or a loved one, is staying exhausted for a prolonged period time, please go get checked out. It is only by the grace of God, that I survived my heart attack, He alone deserves my words of praise, for the rest of my life on this earth!!!
