Loving Mother Liezel Lerio Funeral

Donazione protetta
My mom, Liezel Lerio, is a mother of 2 young men and a 12 year old daughter. She raised us by herself and gave all of us her love and support and sacrifices for us in many ways. She had supported us with literally everything until she was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through chemotherapy back in mid 2015. She was told that it was not mandatory to go through chemotherapy so she chose not to go through it because she wanted to take care of her kids first . Few months later, early January 2016, she was not feeling well. She could not walk right, she felt week and she kept dropping things, even at her work. So we decided to have a check up. She was informed that she has stage 4 breast cancer and it traveled through the brain. We lost everything. My mom lost her job and then lost the apartment due to the fact that the landlord wanted us out since we couldn't pay the rent and my mom went through surgery and lost a breast. We were near homeless. My mom was heartbroken. Thankfully, a friend offered us his home until things gets better. He let us live in his lving room, and that is where we are currently living. After a year of going through chemo therapy and a month of radiation, the cancer dramatically dropped. We were hopeful and my mom was eager to start what she loved doing the most, work.  Her doctor said she is able to work when she feels ready and stronger because she had gotten weak. Until about about a month ago she felt weak again. She kept falling and she kept dropping anything she held. We were worried so we asked the doctor again for help. The doctor told us her cancer had gotten worst than before. He told us it spread a lot more on her brain and down her spine. We felt devastated and my mom felt hopeless. My mom had lost the use of her legs and she could hardly move. She has constant headaches and constant pain everytime she swallows. She also has a hard time to move her arms and simply to sit up, she needs help with everything she needs to do. At the moment she is being watched 24 hours a day. It broke my heart to find out my mom has a little less than a week left to live, roughly 3 to 4 days left. I cry every single day and reminice on all the good things and sacrifices my mom made. It hurts my heart that i need to carry her in order to have her use the restroom or to move to the table to eat. My family and I watch her cry while she explain how she wants her funeral to be and we feel sad and hopeless that we cant help her feel better. I would appreciate all the help we can get for my mom and family as soon as possible. This fund will help us with her funeral since she desires not to be cremated and/or for additional help for my family needs.

Thank you for taking the time to read her story and donating.
