Lieb's Melanoma Chemotherapy

Dear everybody,
I am a GP in Ocean Reef, Western Australia.
My brother-in-law, Lieb Loubser was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in February this year. It was resected from his belly, and he received chemotherapy. However this Monday, 28 November 2016, he was informed by his oncologist that the tumour has spread and he needs more chemotherapy.
Chemotherapy that he just cannot afford. I have tried my level best to procure him treatment with KEYTRUDA, a wonderful new drug that has a sucessrate of 71% in the treatment of metastasised melanoma, but a cycle of therapy at 2mg/kg will cost $10,000.00 AUD per cycle.
