Libby's Leg Amputation

Donation protected
Recently Libby was diagnosed with bone cancer. After meeting with multiple vets, we have decided the best option for her would be to amputate her leg and have it tested. She is suffering from a great deal of pain and this will improve her quality of life. I am very hopeful that this will also slow the cancer from spreading. The funds will be used only for this procedure. She is scheduled for amputation Monday August 20th, 2018 at 7:00 am. I rescued Libby in 2012 while I was serving in the Army. She was found as a stray on the streets in Kansas City very emaciated. She has been with me ever since. From Kansas, to Arizona, and where we are currently in Nebraska. She has been my emotional support and my companion since our first day together. She is the sweetest soul I have ever known. Words cannot express my gratitude to everyone willing to help her through this difficult process. Thank you all for your love, kindness, and support.
