Liam and Valentina live on a farm in Paint Lick Kentucky outside of Berea. Their home burned in an electrical fire, which is ironic because they don't use much electricity. They live lives of conscious simplicity and make a living creating and selling beautiful handcrafted specialty breads at the nearby farmer's market in Berea.
They want to rebuild their home themselves using sustainable methods and materials. They need to raise money for materials and some extra labor as needed.

Liam and Valentina are remarkable individuals who want to turn what could be a disaster into a renewal.
A little back story. Liam and Valentina are old friends of mine. Liam is from Alabama though I met him many years ago in Lexington, Kentucky. Valentina, I met several years ago when they were living in Sicily. They are a wonderful couple and two very special people.
Before they moved to Paint Lick they rode their bicycles from Sicily to Ukraine which sounds difficult considering the fact that it is impossible but you can read about their adventures on their blog.
