Coltons rehabilitation fund

Colton Link is a senior at Libery high school in Bethlehem,Pa. and a member of the National Honor Society.Colton is a vibrant,fun loving kid who loved to go to sporting events with his father.His favorite teams inculde the Yankees and the Giants.In 2010 Coltons father passed away,Colton was devastated.Amidst all the pain and confusion he turned to his family for support.For the past 2 years or more Colton suffered headaches that caused vomitting.The pain was short in duration and never stopped him from going to school,working or hanging out with friends and family.The doctors felt the migrain could be caused by a sinus condition or a form of anxiety.It wasnt until this past December when he collided with a friend playing basketball that he began vomiting.The doctors felt he may have suffered a concussion.The doctors ordered an MRI .The MRI revealed a golf ball sized tumor in his brain.He was admitted to ICU immediately.Two days later DR.Moulding was able to remove 97% of the tumor.The remaining portion was adhered to the brain stem and could not be removed without causing significant deficiencies for Colton.Today he is in Good Shepard pediatric unit for rehabilitation.He has to re-learn all of his motor skills.His therapists work with him multiple times a day,six days a week.Although we have health coverage,the surgery absorbed most of the benefits with nothing left for rehabilitation.With your help we're hoping to raise enough money for Coltons rehabilitation so Colton can lead a normal life ,like you and me.
