Ralph has started this campaign to thelp raise some money for his rescuer Cassandra, who is unfortunately facing a very unjust fine..
This lady is an earth angel to the rescue community... Ralph knows she is a very proud lady but we all need a little help sometimes.. just like he did when she rescued him. Lets all pull together and ease this financial burdon so she can do what she dose best.
