Ok, Charleston, the time has come! We went hard for Itisha Felder(P.I.R.L Originator) yesterday with the dispute of her brand. The battle is just getting started though. We could all learn from this situation when it comes to trademarking your brand!! Let this be a learning experience to all of us who have or will at some point move towards entrepreneurship. We don't want to see a creation that she put her heart and soul into, be taken away from her without a fight. So, that same FIRE that we had blazing yesterday....let's take that same fire and set her up for SUCCESS. We know that legal fees can pile up rather quick, and by being proactive and raising funds to assist with the matter, we can show the WORLD that OUR CITY will stand up and fight for a legitimate cause!
