<3 MOON has a Mammary Tumor <3  :'(

Please pitch in QUICKLY, she is URGENT and rescue will need funds for her surgery!

<3 Moon was turned in by her owner who was overwhelmed with too many kitties and Moon is a real love. <3  She has let herself be poked and prodded and has taken all the examination with steady purring and biscuit stretches the whole time. :D  She has a scar indicative of a previous spay but upon further examination we found she has a mammary tumor that needs more medical attention. Moon’s owner reported her as 10 years old but she looks great and we think she could be as young as 5.
Moon is fully vetted but due to the possible mammary tumor she is RESCUE ONLY.

Originally this fund was for Rainbow, a pretty 14 yr old calico kitty whow as super urgent was owner surrendered on February 12 and had muscle atrophy in her hind quarters. Well the good news is that Rainbow was ADOPTED ! ID# A1874523.

We contacted our donors, and as noted herein, unused funds collected for Rainbow will be used to help another needy animal.  See above for info on MOON and her mammary tumors.
