Let's help Pablo Eguren.

My name is Pablo Eguren and today I humbly appeal for your unconditional support. In October 2015 I started having health issues and I had to be admitted to a hospital in Lima Peru  due to a severe bowel obstruction. The doctors miracously saved my life with an ileostomy. Due to my financial situation I haven't been able to afford to pay for the surgery to close my ileostomy. This has caused me more health problems such as protein and vitamins deficiencies in my body and renal stones. 
I need ta have a surgical intervention to clean my kidneys as at the moment I have an internal catheter which allows my left kydney to work at 80% of its potential. I can have this catheter only for 7 weeks and I will then need to pay $2,500 US dollars for the surgery to remove it. Later on, once I recover, I will need to have another surgery to close my ileostomy which will cost $5,500 US dollars. In other words I need around $8,000 US dollars to save my life. in October 2015 after my first surgery I lost my job and the following year my wife Martha Rivas, who has been looking after me with great devotion, also lost her job.
