Help Isaac continue his ballet journey in Amsterdam!

My name is Isaac Morgan (or as my mum likes to call me, Twinkle toes!) - I am a 16-year-old classically-trained Ballet dancer from Liverpool. I fell in love with Ballet at the tender age of five-years-old, and attended local classes at the Proctor Dance Academy, Crosby. At only eight-years-old, I was invited to audition for the Royal Ballet Associate Programme in Manchester, and a door was opened.
My love for Ballet continued to blossom, and for the last five years I have been fortunate enough to have been studying at The Royal Ballet School, White Lodge (Richmond, London), graduating in July this year. This extraordinary opportunity was solely funded by a scholarship, and without this, due to financial circumstances, I would not have been able to attend at all.
Earlier this year, I was thrilled to receive the news that I had received a place at the The Dutch National Ballet Academy Amsterdam, allowing me to further my training and continue the craft I have spent so many years dedicating myself to. Training at one of the most prestigious Ballet schools in Europe feels like an absolute dream come true, and as elated as I have been since receiving the news of my offer, the burden of financial barriers has arisen again.
As a young, working-class artist, and as a would-be international student studying there, I cannot access any form of student loan or scholarship.
Sixteen months ago, my world was turned upside down, when I was injured whilst training – this led to surgery and a very lengthy process of rehabilitation and physical therapy. Though the experience was testing, it only added to my determination to persevere, and my dedication towards the art I love.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to continue my studies, and train with some of the best creatives in the field. I would be immensely grateful for any help or support you can give.
Gaynor (Isaac’s Mum):
As Isaac’s mum, I am doing everything I can to support him, but I realise I cannot do this on my own - this is the reason I have reached out to you - our community of friends and family, as well as kind-hearted individuals who believe in the power of dreams and the importance of the arts.
Financial barriers should not prohibit talent.
I am humbly asking for your support to help this dream become a reality. Your generosity will show Isaac that his hard-work and passion are supported by a community that believes in him.
Thank you in advance for reading his story, which I hope will inspire you to donate - whatever the amount, it will be truly appreciated.
Please feel free to share his story also. ❤️
Gentle hugs,
Gaynor and Isaac. XX
