Lets help Skye get to Worlds

SKYES STORY..

Some of you may already know Skye Mccabe from the last 6 years of doing her Christmas toy appeal, raising thousands of pounds to provide less fortune children and young adults a gift to wake up to on Christmas morning.

Skye age 12 is competing at the ICU World Championships 2023 in Florida next year in Team Scotland - Youth Cheerleading & Youth Hiphop

This is a once in a life time opportunity for Skye and it is her dream to go to worlds Skye was selected from athletes throughout Scotland at tryouts to compete in team Scotland She will be giving up her weekends travelling to Irvine, Clydebank, East Kilbride & Linwood for 3 hour long training sessions as well as training at her cheer and dance group 4 nights a week. This girl gives 100% hard work and dedication for someone at such a young age and has and will continue to work hard for her moment on that worlds stage

Skye is looking for help from her local community to help her raise funds to get her to worlds which would help cover some of the costs of travel, accommodation, training fees, competition fees, competition kit and training kit.

So far Skye has sold halloween sweet cones and cakes, organised a raffle, bonus balls and sold some of her things at a carboot sale to help raise funds. Our community has been amazing in helping Skye from sharing her posts, donating raffle prizes & buying tickets, Skye would like to thank you all so much❤️ …
