Hi, I’m Rachel and I’ve set up this fundraiser for my friend Ravi. We’ve been friends for 41 years, since we met at high school.

Ravi was diagnosed with MND a couple of years ago and last year she also had a breast cancer diagnosis. She had surgery which was complicated because of the MND which meant she could not have a general anaesthetic and it also meant she could not have chemo.

Today she was told her cancer had come back and she needs a PET scan to determine the extent of the spread. An nhs scan is an option but being able to privately find will speed this up and also enable an open PET rather than the enclosed scan which she will find really difficult.

I will be so grateful, as will she if anyone can help to make this happen.
