This is my cousin Brenda Devita. She has a rare disease called  Erythromelalgia. She has suffered immensely from this disease. If you have never heard of it I am not surprised none of us had either until she was diagnosed.  Erythromelalgia is a rare condition that primarily affects the feet and, less commonly, the hands (extremities). It is characterized by intense, burning pain of affected extremities, severe redness (erythema), and increased skin temperature that may be episodic or almost continuous in nature. The medicine that will help her is given intravenously and her copay is 600.00 per month she has to have these treatments for 10 months at least. She is unable to work so the whole cost of this has to be paid by her husband and they just don't have the money. They need our help.
