Let's Help the Bennett Siblings

Donation protected
I am hoping that our great community will help this brother and sister in great need.  LuWana Bennett and her brother Ali Bennett were struggling to get by prior to being forced out of their small apartment when a poor roofing job flooded their home on October 1st.
This was reported on Channel 19 on December 5th.  The news report included a brief interview with LuWana and Ali that showed they had been living with dripping ceilings, buckets everywhere and unsanitary conditions due to the water.
After living with these conditions from early October to December 5, 2019, the real estate management finally moved them into the Tutor Arms Doubletree, where they were waiting for their apartment to be fixed, but that never happened.
Many of their belongings have been ruined and they are without many of the things they had to leave behind.

LuWana is the primary caregiver of her brother who cannot work due to some challenges. Their parents have passed away and there is no further support for them. LuWana works at Giant Eagle part-time.  On February 13th, Channel 19 came back to do a follow-up report. They went back to the apartment. Nothing had changed! The roof had not been replaced so water continued to drip into their apartment. The stench was unbearable!
As of February 14th, LuWana and Ali were told they had to move out of the Tudor Arms Hotel.
LuWana is finding wonderful support from her co-workers, but as of now, they are homeless.
These two kind and caring people are in need of our help.
We hope to raise $30,000.

Update on March 11th:
Even though Giant Eagle's Corporate Headquarters has been remarkably supportive, the Bennetts are still in search of an apartment close to LuWana's work on Chagrin Blvd and they will still need to replace clothing, furniture, household goods (towels, bedding, etc).
So please consider contributing to their GoFundMe page.

Below are the three interviews done by Channel19 and Mr. Boomer, who were willing to bring attention to LuWana and Ali's situation.
