Let's Help Evan!

Evan has always and will always have the brightest outlook on life. My name is Josh Latocki. I am a former employee and a lifelong friend of Evan's. If you have ever had the privilege to know or come across Evan, you can agree with me. You know what they say about people giving the shirt off their back to help those in need? Evan has lived that out in his life. Friends and family, it is now our turn to help him out. Evan never has asked for help, and even in the state that he is in right now, he won’t ask for help. This is why we are coming together to help him in his time of need. Evan fell over the weekend, while he was trying to enjoy fresh air out of the house. He broke his left Femur bone just below the socket. We are asking for donations because he seriously has a long road of recovery in front of him. Evan has gone through a lot over the past few years. He has had many years of health issues with multiple surgeries dating back to when he was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2010. He has not been able to work for the past 2 years and will need to have at least 6-12 months of strict rehab just for this current situation he is in now. The plan is to move him into a living rehabilitation center by the end of the week, so he can get the care he needs for everything that is going on. With the growing medical bills and his family to support, we are setting up this GoFundMe page so everyone can help out in whatever form you feel led to help. I have set up a special donation account with my local Credit Union, which I'll be having the funds deposited too. I will work with Evan to get funds distributed to him when he needs it.
