Let's finally take training to the 21st century!

Hello my friend (yes exactly you)! My name is Philipp Paus and I am a german engineer and technical trainer.

With roughly 10 years of experience in the educational sector I have realized that many parts can and have to be improved!

By uploading 100+ training videos on youtube (click here to check out my channel and what I'm doing over there) I have already done way more than a lot of teachers (including me) could ever achieve in the classroom.
Here are some numbers:
~80.000 views per month
~7.000 hours watch time per month
~25.000 different viewers per month

How will your invested money be used? Excellent question!

1. Generating quality content costs (my) time. To get more content online I plan on reducing my working hours in the classroom and invest the gained time on online training.

2. Future content will be on many technical contents, which require hardware to be demonstrated on.

3. Advertisement to improve the awareness that people have on this urgent topic.

4. Licensing costs are high nowadays. To keep the content as close to reality as possible, real components/data needs to be used and paid for.


The biggest topic that is currently worked on is a 3D training simulation software that will be continuously improved! An early alpha version can be downloaded here: My website 
Here's a short impression with a picture of a conveyor belt that can be fully controlled (sensors and actuators) and programmed by using a real life controller or a simulation software.
