Close friends of our family have hit a rough patch - a single mom with three kids in our town just got hit with a large electric bill they cannot afford.
The power has been out for two days, and the mom can't afford to turn it back on - they owe $1250. Their heat is connected to the electric, and it's early December. They have too much pride to ask for help, but I don't. If you're able to spare a few bucks to help them turn the lights and heat back on, it would be such a blessing for them.
