Let’s go Mariela we will win!!!

Hello friends and family!!!
I never thought that this would happen again, with deep sadness and great pain in my heart I want to tell you that my niece Mariela is in trouble again. We thought we had won the battle last time, but we didn't.
Mariela started to feel some pain in her abdominal area again. And we feared it was  cancer. Last week after an MRI , x-rays and numerous exams, the tests results came back malignant— once again. Now, she must fight for her kidneys and some nodes in her pelvis that are pressing the urethra. This has caused a build up of liquid in the kidneys, putting her in risk of a stage 4 situation. The doctors said that they didn't expect this to occur,  specially at her age, and after her fast recovery. So unfortunately, we need to act fast, and have a surgical proceduce to avoid total kidney failure.
Now more than ever we need the support of our family and friends. We want to help Mariela have a fighting chance to beat this cancer and fully recover.
Please help me raise enough to cover her expenses and give her a chance to get out of this horrible situation
