Lestina's Nursing Home Fund

My precious grandmother, Lestina (Meemee), has been at Southland Nursing Home the past several months. There has been a dilemma with her medicaid. Her case is pending to have medicaid. Because no payment has been made and neither Shawn (Meems' son) nor I can access her bank account and have her social security checks be directed to Southland. We thought that she would be granted Medicaid before it got to this point. She will be discharged from the nursing home Saturday, the 29th. I am asking for any kind of financial assistance. They need $2,000 in order for them to not discharge her. Some financial assistance and generous prayers. Meems has been an ultimate prayer warrior and doesn't deserve to be in this situation at all, but this is reality.  I hate asking for help, but we are in a financial bind right now. Shawn is working on expediting her Medicaid, but that process is rather slow we know.
