Lennox Stewart Medical Expenses

Donation protected
Lennox Stewart came to the United States in the fall of 1969 on a scholarship to attend Brevard Junior College in North Carolina. He held the junior record for the 1500 meters he won in his native CountryTrinidad in 1969. He was an All-American on the track team, winning the 800 meter that year and his sophomore year as well. He then attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and was an outstanding member of their track team.

While at Chapel Hill he represented his country Trinidad and Tobago at the 1971 Pan-American games at Cali Columbia and 1972 Olympic games at Munich Germany. Lennox was also the Sports Man of the year at Metropolitan New York. “

Fast forward five decades later this same dynamic, courageous, handsome, talented, selfless, humble human soul, a husband, a father, and friend is now facing one of the toughest races he has ever had to run. ‘Stu’ as he is affectionately known has been recently diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer.  After diagnosis, investigations were made as to the best treatment. He was referred to IMHOTEP Holistic Healing Centre for alternative treatment. The cost of this treatment is $34,000 USD with an immediate down payment of 75%.

As many of you know Lennox has spent his life helping young people in education and youth sports camps in the U.S. and Trinidad.  So, he’s grateful and appreciative of any assistance you can provide.

We solicit your unrelenting prayers and financial support in assisting this ‘hero’ to offset the expenses associated with his cancer treatment and speedy recovery.
