Lenneys Funeral

My father Charles "Lenney"  Frye was called home April 23, 2020. He was not alone during his transition. I was with him  holding his hand the whole time. I want everyone to know that he knew he was loved. I let him know everyone was praying for him. I know he was getting tired. And he had one hell of a fight. The only light at the end of the tunnel is that he is no longer in pain. He is free of diabetes and good kidney. I know he’s up there with his brother and grandma smiling as they welcome him with open arms. They are probably heading the Casino now.


From every story that everyone has told me and what I’ve gathered is that my dad was an amazing man. He was a great friend, grandfather (pap pap), brother, neighbor, son, uncle and all of the above. Please don’t hesitate to talk about him. That’s how we keep his spirt alive. I loved my dad. God let me have him for 27 years and i never took those for granted. He helped shaped me in the mother i am today. I honestly don’t know where i would be without my favorite traveling partner.
