Lend Suzie a Helping Hand

Hi, my name is Samantha and I'm fundraising for an incredible young Australian named Suzanna. Suzie is a butcher and came to Canada with drive and motivation to learn all she can about different techniques of Butchery, so that she can return to Australia and share her knowledge and experiences with youth to help promote her trade.

Suzie is an outstanding butcher, and has earned a spot on Team Australia ahead of next year's World Butcher's Challenge being held in Sacramento CA.

A recent accident has changed Suzie's future as a butcher. In a boat accident that happened over the last weekend in June, Suzie's left hand was bound up in a tow line as a (far too close) passing boat caught the end and dragged her into the water, severing her pinky finger and causing immense damage to her ring and index fingers. Surgeons are trying to save her ring and index fingers, but her life and career will see some big changes in the coming months.

With such uncertainty happening in her life, I thought we could take 1 worry off her mind, at least for a little while as she heals and sorts out what work will look like moving forward
