lend a hand to a paw in need

Hi!  My name is Emilia and I am 13 years old.
  
I started this project in October 2017, photographing cats and dogs, posting them on Instagram (tahlullah.waters ) beginning in December.

Encouraged by the attention gained in a short period of time, I created the "lend a hand to a paw in need" campaign, to collect donations for two rescue organizations I’d like to support.

I’ve been working with both Ninth Life Cat Rescue (NLCR) in Toronto and also Animal Rescue and Care Vietnam (ARC) in the past months already (I also adopted two cats from NLCR). All donations will be split equally between NLCR and ARC Vietnam.



Here is an example of what your donation will do:
 
$15 allows a cat to be microchipped at NLCR.

$30 gets one cat from NLCR get all of her/his examinations and vaccines.

$40-90 gets one cat neutered or spayed.

$100 dollars helps one kitten from ARC get all of her/his vaccinations and get spayed/neutered (costs in Vietnam are higher than in Ontario, Canada).



On March 8, 2018 I will present my project to my school. I set myself a goal of reaching $1,500 in donations and I hope to surpass my goal with your help.

I have seen both ARC (when visiting in December) and NLCR foster homes in Ontario in the last months, both of the organizations are amazing at what they do and they will be very grateful for your support.
