Leisa Maddocks

This page is to support our brave and wonderful friend Leisa.  After being on dialysis these past few years, Leisa has just had a kidney transplant from an amazing donor (her second one after receiving her first transplant from another wonderful donor when she was just 21). Leisa now needs our help. She undergoes very invasive and difficult treatment each day to ensure her new kidney is not rejected. She must be in hospital for this, so is unable to work. Leisa supports herself, and the rent and basics of living (not to mention the medical bills) are starting to pile up.  We want to give Leisa the boost she needs after being so brave for so long. See the thing is, Leisa would do the same for us, probably for any of you and we want to give her something back, something to help her get back on her feet again.
