Lechuga needs a vet ASAP!

My name is Rebecca and I really need help to get Lechuga my puppy the care he needs! I’m a single mother of three and because of COVID it is so hard to pay for him to get surgery. He got attacked by the neighbors pitbull and was severely injured. He is only 5months old! He is at the vet right now but they want 4,000 to give him the proper care he needs! Anything that anybody can help us with will kindly be appreciated! Please help us keep Lechuga alive and healthy thank you so much.
