Lawson Project

Debbie Lawson and her niece have made application to the Bridge Builders Ministry to make much needed improvements to their housing situation. Her niece, for whom she is the caretaker has autism and is confined to a wheelchair because of her inability to keep her balance to prevent falling. The home they inherited from Debbie's sister is falling off the foundation allowing the floors to sink into the mud below the home and for water to be present in the living space allowing mold and bacterial to grow. If sufficient funds can be raised, the ministry, free of charge will install the materials needed to alleviate much of the situation they face and perhaps one day there will be enough money raised to allow demolition of the home and placement of a handicapped accessible home they can share and be free of the situation they are faced with.
