Laura's Fight With Leukemia

I am starting the page to Help Laura (my friend, sister from another mister, and son's aunt). Those of you don't know who she is, she is the most caring, beautiful, funny, talented, intelligent, a very family oriented and will do anything for you type of gal. You're very fortunate to be a part of her life.
Laura has recently been diagnosed with B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia  (Ph+). This is a type of leukemia cells that attack the bone marrow.
For 3 months, she has been going in and out different ERs, dealing with being turned away, refused pain medication, and told to go to physical therapy. The pain hasn't gotten any better, but worse, with zero answers why. Laura has been missing work, losing money, and accruing bills from trying to get answers. A few weeks ago at another ER visit, they finally gave her a CAT scan and MRI. She went home waiting for the results, but the pain was so unbearable she had to go back in. They took a blood test this time. Finally, getting somewhere, it wasn't the news she anticipated. Transferred to U of Mn Hospital, is where she got the confirmed news of cancer.
Laura has been in the hospital since and started chemo immediately. With 4 more weeks of chemo, a break, then 4 weeks of bone marrow transfusion, another break, then 4 more weeks of heavy chemo. Laura has been positive, along with friends and family, but she isn't one to ask for help.
