Laura Schasane

On August 10th Laura had a rare stroke called a Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis. She was flown to Jackson Memorial in Miami where she had 2 emergency surgeries on her brain, one to remove the clot and the other to remove part of her skull to relieve pressure. While at Jackson Memorial Laura had multiple other surgeries to keep her stable. Laura is a fighter. Laura is showing progress but has a very long road ahead of her.
