Laura's Hair Raiser

 

Hi my name is Laura Kenny. I am a Transition Year student in Dublin and I have been fortunate to be selected as part of a building team travelling to Zambia with Habitat for Humanity in June 2019. While there we will build an affordable home for a local family.

In total I need to raise €3,000. As my major fundraising project I have decided to cut off my long hair and donate it to The Little Princess Trust to be used in wigs for children suffering from hair loss due to cancer treatment and other illnesses. While Habitat for Humanity will benefit from the funds that I raise, I also know that my hair will go to help make someone's life easier. Can you please help me to raise much needed funds for Habitat for Humanity?
